Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION/NO SHOW POLICY
*Unforeseen events happen and I’m understandable when it comes to emergency, deaths, sickness, etc. and you may need to cancel an appointment, I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice, if possible, so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Clients canceling within the 24 hours notice are required to pay 50% for any appointment that is scheduled in order to book a future service, and pay 50% of future appointment.
*No call no show will result in a 65% charge of service and if needing to book again in the future, will need a full deposit before scheduled appointments.
